Head of HR- Salt Lake City Location

Netflix Global CS is recruiting for a Head of HR to join our team in Salt Lake City. The position supports an in-house customer service center supporting english voice volume, technical support, corporate escalations and workforce management.  Your main responsibility is to develop and execute on the people strategy within this location.  You and your team will be responsible for all fundamental aspects of human resources-employee relations, performance management, HR operations and learning and development.

Additionally, you will serve as the primary business partner to the leadership team in the site, working as a collective team to achieve business objectives around providing an outstanding customer experience.  Working with the business leaders of the group, you will be creating and sustaining the Netflix culture within the site from the ground up- striking a balance between Netflix's corporate culture and a customer service site environment.  

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have the current job title of Sr Director or Regional HR Manager at a company with over 500 employees.

Candidates will have a passion about driving people strategy with innovation and creativity.   A strong candidate will have the skills and experience to build a team to keep the day to day HR function thriving and executed well, and a strategic mind to focus on building a thriving culture within the site.   Specifically, candidates should have a working knowledge of people operations and employment in the US and lead a team to execute flawlessly, with a greater skill around creating an environment that aligns with our Netflix culture.   

We are looking for a leader who demonstrates our Netflix values and has a clear vision for how these values apply in a customer service environment. The right person for this role must have a passion for our business, our customers and our employees.

Candidates are likely very familiar with highly process-driven performance management, but believe there is a more effective and efficient way to drive excellent performance.
